GATEAY DEMO AT GLASGOW AIRPORT

 Today we visited Glasgow airport to support the Gateway to Hell campaign let them know what we think about them transporting wild caught animals for ‘experiments’ in the UK.
 
First stop, we stood outside the main terminal building with our banner giving out leaflets. It seemed that none of the holiday makers had a clue that this was even going on. The planes that they had just come off had possibly been carrying terrified animals and they wouldn’t have a clue.
  Next we went to UPS at the airport cargo area. We stood at the side of the road before being joined the police. They waited on their head sergeant appearing before making sure there was nothing they could annoy us with. They weren’t happy when we tried to take their photo. They only helped draw more attention.
 
Round to the front entrance of Ups where we used the megaphone to tell them exactly what HLS do. Some were leaving and the woman looked quite angry as we loudly gave her the truth, she gave a silly wave.
 
Then to neighbours DHL.  This building was quiet today but we stood outside and again let them know what kind of company they were dealing with. We left before the police could catch up. See you soon Glasgow airport.
