In Paris and Nice, French activists of "Destination Enfer" organized demos outside Thomas Cook to inform the public about the participation of Mauritius in the cruel trade of animals for laboratories.

A lot of passers-by were surprised that, behind the fairy landscapes of Mauritius, thousands of primates are living in Hell. A lot of leaflets against vivisection were distributed and signs showed to drivers what vivisection looks like. In the country of Air France, people are not aware at all about the primate trade.

Although a lot of French people are opposed to vivisection for ethical reason, more than 3000 primates suffer in French laboratories each year.
