Thomas Cook demo in Somerset

Three activists from Bristol Animal Rights Coalition took to the streets of Wells in Somerset on Saturday 1st October to protest outside Thomas Cook selling holidays to Mauritius, number one target in the fight against vivisection.
Hundreds of leaflets were distributed, and the posters showed all passersby the reality of holiday hotspot's Mauritius' ties with the deaths of thousands of innocent animals.

The simple but effective action was combined with a stall to fundraise and raise awareness for animal rights. People in Wells, including hundreds of tourists will know where to avoid in their summer breaks, and have been informed of the reality of animal testing.

Staff at Thomas Cook seemed disgruntled, unaware that even in a small town they are a target, we will be outside every store- don't you worry Thomas Cook! We will smash the vivisection industry!
