The weather gods were with us on this day.  It had rained all of the night, but from the moment activists from Respect voor Dieren Belgium, together with a couple of Dutch comrades, stepped out to confront our first TC shop of the day, the sun was shining!

TC Hoboken (Abdijstraat) is a small shop, but in a busy high street.  We informed the lady inside the shop, her neighbours and every passerby about TC's shameful business of sending people to Mauritius, hell for animals. The friendly lady in the shop told us that she had total sympathy for our course.  She didn't even call the police altough head office had instructed this.  Dear lady, we asked you saturday, now we ask you again.  Complain to your CEO Hans Swinnen about the animal suffering he's guilty of.  TC, drop Mauritius now!
 
After more than an hour intensive flyering, we went to TC Gent (Vlaanderenstraat).  This was not the first time we visited this bigger TC shop, and it certainly will not be the last.  The confronting pictures and megaphone came out for everybody to see and hear. 

TC, you would be amazed of the many people who told us about their disgust over what you're doing.  Altough you're lying to your customers, telling that "TC Belgium doesn't sell Mauritius holidays" (wich is a lie, we checked your shops many times incognito), we are gonna tell them the truth week after week.  And don't think that we're gonna give up, we have all the time in the world!  We're gonna name and shame you until you drop Mauritius.  Are you willing to have protesters outside your shops for the next couple of years?  Why not drop Mauritius now, you know it's the only sensible thing you can do!  After 90 minutes we called it a day.  Until the next time!
