Air hostess and pilot of Air France show their heart for animals on Valentines day

Antwerp - Animal right organisation Bite Back Belgium did a remarkable action on valentines day - Tuesday 14 February-  in front of the office of the airline company air Air France in Antwerp. Two activists, dressed as an charming air France air hostess and a pilot, embraced a man-large test monkey and asked their employer immediately to stop with the transport of labanimals. They got the support of other animal right activists who assisted them with banners, megaphone, slogans and protest signs . The public was informed and it was asked to fly with another airline company as long as air France continues to transport lab animals.

Jounalists and photographers from newspapers and local TV reported the demo. The public was very supportive of the demo and a local café even served the activists afterwards a free drink to demonstrate their support for the demo! The Air France office in the centre of Antwerp, is in a busy business area with lots of visitors and tourists. Air France didn't want to respond to the media and was not amused with our demo. Til next time Air France! We'll inform as many people as possible in Belgium to show your ugly and bloody animal trade
