Thomas Cook demo in Belgium

Last week we held a noisy demo outside the Belgian embassy of Mauritius, this week we visited another 'partner in crime' of the evil monkey trade, Thomas Cook.
TC Europe sends large numbers of travellers to this hell for monkeys, putting their customers in hotels owned by the same sick people who own the monkeyfarms! TC can deny their involvement till they are blue in the face, you don't have to be an Einstein to see the connection!

For nearly 2 hours we stood outside TC Mechelen (IJzerenleen 2). This shop lies in the heart of the busiest shopping area, and next to a bus station. So there was enough interest. We informed passersby and potential customers with our banner, confronting posters, leaflets and dvd footage of the pain those beautiful creatures have to endure. Many people were shocked and promised to email TC.

Great! We also could persuade a couple of customers to book elsewhere. Fantastic! Even a sporadic rainfall couldn't break our spirits, we're not there for our own comfort, but for the innocent primates who are being caught by the thousands in Mauritius. We are determined to close down the evil suply for the vivisection industry for once and for all.

TC, as long as you make money out of dealing with animal killers, we will be there! We will demonstrate until all monkey farms on Mauritius are closed!
