Back at the Nepal Consulate in Amsterdam

On Friday the 3rd of October Gateway to Hell activists were out in force to shame Nepal at their consulate in Amsterdam again. We have told the Nepalese government that these protests will continue until every last monkey is freed and we intend to stick to our promise!

As always it was a lively demonstration and members of the public stopped and listened as we explained how the former king of Nepal has sold sacred monkeys to American vivisectors for a pathetic $300 each, and how the new government has still failed to decisively act to put an end to the monkey's suffering.

The people of Amsterdam are now well aware of Nepal's disgusting monkey farms and regularly show their support for the campaign during our demos. The consulate has even removed the flag to try to hide the fact that it's Nepal that we're protesting against, but our leaflets make it clear why we're there and again locals and tourists alike eagerly read about Nepal's monkey shame and pledged their support.

Due to the failure of the Nepalese government to act to save Nepal's mokeys from vivisection, we intend to increase the frequency of our demos in Holland to ensure the Nepalese government has no option but to take this campaign seriously!
