Call for boycott Nepal's tourism industry in Geneva

On Tuesday, November 25th, three people belonging to various animal rights collectives had a meeting with the attaché of the embassy of Nepal in Geneva, urging them again to communicate the serious opposition about the
possible exportation of 25 monkeys, as read in the media.
A letter was given, threatening to call for a massive boycott of tourism in Nepal at all the swiss climbing clubs and travel agencies, as well as the project of a leaflets calling for this boycott.
The attaché was impressed by it and assured he would communicate with the concerned Minister.
Other animalist groups in Geneva and Lausanne are now considering going to the embassy as well.
